TDM STHLM HT 2008 - Teater Dans & Musikskolan i Stockholm.

New danceclasses are about to begin... 11,12,13 and 14th of September at Teater, Dans & Musikskolan i Stockholm(TDM-STHLM) på Studiefrämjandet i Wasaparken.

The diciplines are as follows:

Latinjazz N1- basics of salsa, son, merengue, bachata mambo, chacha, reggaeton, samba, a little bit of afrocuban and basic spin technique. Very simple combinations!

LatinJazz N2(step2)- Mixing of the basic stuff we learned fron Latinjazz step1 class, doing mini coreographies to
pretty soft music and try to add a bit of feeling to our basics. The combinations are a just a little bit harder.

LatinJazz N3(step3)- faster steps and body movements to in general faster tempo. A lot of work with feeling and timing...with the music(and me) as our guide.

Reggaeton - bouncing and working with hips and shoulders to the latin version of hiphop.

COUPLE CLASSES...

Salsa1 (son/ON2)- Basic salsa(or SON) steps and turns in the son-tempo of salsamusic. Makes the salsastyle more smooth and adds more swing to the experience of salsadancing.

Salsa2 -More complicated turns,steps and patterns to a bit faster music. Here we also add some fluent body movements to our Son style salsadance.

LatinMix1(N1/step1): Basic steps and basic turns of four coupledances, namely Chacha, Salsa/SON, Merengue and Bachata.

LatinMix2(N2/step2): Like LatinMix1 but here we add more feeling to our dance and introduce more turns for you to execute.
